Glutes That Salute



This program is specifically design to activate the “Glutes”. Our Glutes are one of the most commonly neglected areas of our body due to the amount of time we spend sitting. Having the knowledge and understanding of WHY it is important to activate our glutes in muti-directional ways is very important.  

This 6 week program is designed to work each muscle individually and together, adding fullness and firmness to your buns. Not only does this program help with the “look” of your butt, it helps with functionality and creates more stability for your lower back.
