When I first began my journey in the fitness industry I went from not knowing or understanding anything about nutrition to eating chicken, tilapia, broccoli, brussel sprouts and egg whites EVERY DAY! I was miserable. I didn’t have any balance and it ended up causing worse effects when it came to longevity. I began hating to eat. I didn’t enjoy working out anymore. I needed a different way to stay healthy and fit and still enjoy the little things.
This is when i did a deep dive into nutrition and realized that there are multiple ways to give your body what it needs. The key is knowing what it is that your body needs. This guide will give you a foundation to go off of when it comes to nutrition so you no longer have to guess and stress.
