About the program

My Personalized Nutrition Coaching  program is a macro focused approach to flexible dieting. It is designed to help you change your nutritional habits and reach your goal. “Macros” is short for macronutrients and consist of Protein, Fats and Carbohydrates. Everything that you eat can be broken down into these categories and they are what dictate how your body functions, looks, and feels. Based on your body type, your age, your weight and your goals, your macro requirements will change. They will also continue to change as your body changes. It is important that you are feeding your body correctly in order to reach your individual goals. “You can’t out-train a bad diet”

You will be working 1 on 1 with me weekly to provide accountability as well as to make sure that your nutrition is aligning with your goals

Importance of Nutrition 

Understanding your nutrition is so vitally important. Do you know how many calories you eat in a day? Do you understand how to accurately approximate portion sizes of different foods. I know at first when I started I had no  clue about Macro-Nutrients and Nutritional time. When to eat? What to eat? How much to eat? It  all can be confusing. But with this guide I will help to break down the do’s and don’ts of what to eat as well as what time to eat.

 

It is important to understand that  our bodies are machines that are constantly burning through the energy sources we feed it. Those sources most often come from Sugars and Carbs which is our #1 source for energy. Now we do not want to overdue the amount we consume, which is exactly why I created this program to educate and help  you understand how much to eat and why we are even eating in the first place.
